The state of Texas has a greatest opportunity in America to demonstrate how the catastrophic increase in consumer electricity cost, driven by AI data centers and crypto mining over the next 5 to 10 years is actually the best opportunity for Texas to demonstrate to its citizens and the rest of America, how the power of Americans simply being American to each other, in the state of Texas, allows for economically meeting the once in a century, 350 to 450 giga watts of catastrophically explosive incremental electric demand in Texas over the next 5 to 10 years, with minimal increase in Texas consumer electricity rates over this period, because of Texan's all American, DEI approach to meeting the most explosive and sustained electric load growth of any state in the history of America.

Traditionally, which is the current status quo in Texas and across America, when there is increased electric demand forecasted to be required over say the next 5 to 20 years, each individual utility or electric supplier in the state will plan for their service territory portion of that load increase, by proposing capital expenditure plans for new distribution, Transmission and electric supply generation required to meet that expected new load growth, submit these plans to Public Utility Commission, to authorized electric utility rate increases required to pay for the new resources needed to meet the expected load growth of the future. Under this current, status quo approach to electric utility planning, the bill to Texas consumers for new electric utility distribution, transmission and generations resources, required by the entire state of Texas over the next 10 years, to meet AI Demand Center growth, could approach $1T to $2T, using the current status quo, state of Texas, electric utility business strategy and planning process. To pay for this, all 27 million Texas electric utility customers, bills will increase by $400 to $500 per month over the next 25 years to pay for AI data center demand growth over the next 10 years.

So if your average annual monthly electricity bill in Texas today is say $205/month, To pay for this most explosive AI data center demand growth in America, assuming Texas prepares for and plans for new demand like it has done historically, then someone with an electric utility annual average monthly bill of $205/month, will be $600 to $700/month, over the next 5 to 10 years. For the wealthiest 10% in Texas, they would notice this increase in price, but it would not materially change how they live or think about using electricity in their everyday lives. However for everyone else, the bottom 80% to 90% of Texans, that $400 to $500 price increase would be unsustainable, wrecking the Texas and US economy, because similar catastrophic increases in electricity prices would also be happening in most cities and states across America who also have high concentrations of new AI data center growth.

However, a much better, more American and innovative approach to solving this catastrophic electric cost problem in America associated with explosive and sustained AI data center build out, is to invite the 27 million electric service customers in Texas, to participate in the opportunity to become entrepreneurs and suppliers of electric service to the ERCOT grid by using their homes and businesses as electric solar and batter power plants, to assist in meeting their own electric power needs and the explosive needs of Texas largest growth in data center demand in the country. About 5M to 15M Texas electric customers, aggregated strategically to optimally support and meet Texas explosive and sustained electric demand growth, supporting 75% or 300 giga watts of the expected new demand over the next 10 years, deferring and eliminating the need for about $1.2T in capital expenditures over the next 10 years.

A fraction of the $ 1.2T in savings or avoided cost created by the 5M to 15M electric consumers, who are now also electricity suppliers, will go toward paying for the solar and storage equipment added to these consumers homes and businesses, to create the 300 GW of Distributed Energy Resources for the entire Texas (ERCOT) grid, allowing those 5M to 15M consumers to reduce their average annual monthly bills by $30 to $150/month over the next 25 year, relative to their price levels before adding the solar and battery equipment. Additionally, these consumer would get 72 hours a month of back-up power for their homes, when the grid is down and unable to provide power to consumers. Electric consumers who do not participate as a Distributed Energy Resource, will also benefit from the massive avoided cost saving created by the participating DER suppliers, such that their average annual rise in the price of electricity for electricity would only rise by 1.5% to 2.3% per year, from current levels. Without this assertive, innovative and proactive quantum leap shift in ERCOT wide strategy and policy planning, relying on good old comfortable, easy to do planning process, which was adequate when load growth was 0.5% to 1.5% a year, monthly electric bills could rise by $400 to $500 over the next 5 to 10 years all electric consumers in the ERCOT region. What you don't know will and can bankrupt you. This is why I am informing you about this now, so that we as the people and public of TX can hold ourselves accountable and hold our political and business leaders accountable for doing the right thing now, while we still have the opportunity to do so, for the benefit of all consumers. But like I described before, the wealthiest 10% who are our leaders in business and politics, many of them don't care because they are making money hand over fist, and if the current, out of date approach to electric system strategy and planning is not modified and our electric cost increase by $400 to $500 per month over the next 5 to 10 years, that is a drop in the bucket that they will hardly notice, and say to themselves, what are the have nots crying about now, we are doing just fine, what is wrong with them.

This innovative and synergistic approach to electric utility integrated resource and system planning, state or ERCOT wide, requires joint, strategic and tactical planning and procurement, not just within each utility and its service territory, but jointly across all of ERCOT, where utilities and suppliers act as a group to maximize the capital expenditures that can be deferred or eliminated among all generation, transmission and distribution suppliers in ERCOT, acting in a way that maximizes opportunities for DER suppliers to meet maximum deferment or elimination of T&D and generating resource, because of the massive, diverse, resilient, reliable and synergistic network effects 5M to 15M distributed energy resources, best aggregated and positioned around ERCOT to maximally and sustainably achieve deferment or elimination T&D and generation resources all across ERCOT

The technology for simulating the entire ERCOT power system with detailed infrastructure operation simulation, historically, now and as far into the future as 30 - 50 years, hourly, daily, monthly, annually, etc…..allows for AI supported massive scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis within scenarios, allows for the theoretical and very practical planning and study analysis, identifying precisely what areas of the ERCOT system are most attractive to aggregate 5M to 15M new DER to best create the supply resources required to sustainably defer or eliminate $1.2T in capital expenditures, ERCOT wide over the next 10 years. The beauty of using the diversity, equity and inclusion of these 15M customers as resources, is that it infinitely spreads the risk of supplying power to ERCOT, making that incremental 300GW, so much more resilient than any power system in America has ever seen, that means super increased reliability and there are no issues with having to worry about permitting, no issues about massive expansion or intrusion related to needing new space for this massive new capacity. No need to worry about this massive new capacity requiring massive amounts of water supplies for cooling generators, no fuel input requirements like natural gas or coal or oil. This is the ultimate, super win - win for consumers, business, the environment, and the ERCOT system resilience and reliability and sustainability.

All the technology and knowhow for achieving the processes described here exist and are being used at some utilities individually, but not done collectively across an entire NERC Transmission area. The benefits of this type of integrated, interdependent, strategic, cross commodity resource planning and strategy across all utilities in the state, with the goal of collectively, maximizing the deferment of capital expenditures of T&D and Generating Resource - reducing ERCOT wide capital expenditures over the next 10 years by as much as $1.2 Trillion.

When the governor, legislature and most importantly the public becomes aware that these tools, resources and processes are available to make this happen in ERCOT now, not 10 years from now, and we have the tools, resources and know how to get this done for the people of Texas, even though it will require some significant coordination, behavior and mind set changes, that are known and can be changed, given the opportunity hear is save Texas consumers $1.2 Trillion over the next 5 to 10 years, and provide them with more reliable, more resilient, much lower cost electricity, with 72 hours of back up capacity electric generation capacity per month per month, in the event of grid outages. Significantly lower cost, more reliable and more sustainable service, with back-up generator power. Does not get better than that folks.

Government and business leaders in Texas will get crucified, if the public find out that Texas business and political leaders did not do the right, smart and hard things to organize and work together as a state to make this happen for Texas and Texas citizens over the next year or two, to set the course and direction for the nation, providing the blue print for how America can implement this approach across all NERC Regions, creating value for all American citizens, fundamentally and structurally, making America structurally and more economically fit and ready for competitive, moral and economic competition with countries all around the world.

The massive size and diversity of Texas consumers dispersed all across the ERCOT region, serve as the absolute best, most resilient, most collectively flexible and reliable electric power suppliers in a time of massive uncertainty and super rapid never ever seen before demand growth. Just like the diversity of customers in insurance markets, the massive diversity of customers in the banking system, the massive diversity of participants in commodity and asset markets, provides safety, consistency, resilience and convenience, once set up and harnessed, the diversity of tens and hundreds of millions of electricity consumers, converted into electricity suppliers, strategically aggregated across entire NERC Transmission regions can and will effectively and completely solve the massive electric demand growth problem in Texas and around America, if we do the smart, strategic, critical, hard work now, on the front end, harnessing AI itself, to help us train it to help us design and flawlessly build out our DEI based distributed energy resources on residential and business electric consumers assets all over America, over the next 1 to 3 years. The technology and know-how are here today. The only question is, do Americans love ourselves and each other strong enough to be American to each other,
