Lead with Speech or Conversation that sets Framework, boundaries and Narrative for Post Speech Discussion. Discussions are framed and led by the principles of DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) which are loving and respectful discussions that can be very tough and emotional, but always with the intent of creating greater understanding and compassion for others and the group so that the group and the audience are in effect becoming a more perfect union. Discussion that distracts and causes chaos and friction for the purpose of separating, scapegoating and demonizing others, will not be allowed to continue in the discussion or the group. There is a difference between people who disagree, and people who are deliberately creating chaos, putting down and demonizing others, to win power and control over the group, because their points of views are not being accepted the way they perceive that they should be being accepted. People involved do not have to be famous or leaders in the community, business, government or entertainment - although we will not exclude those people because they are themselves a part of the common public. We want a point of view that is representative of the people, which includes the wealthy and the poor and everything in between. We have to get to know each other and love each other if we are going to have a chance at creating and maintaining a more perfect union for all Americans past, present and future…..what we are doing together now will limit and/or provide room for expansive growth and development for all future generations of Americans on this planet.

Want recorded video podcast, where event registration is sent out two to three weeks in Advance with detailed description of topic, references, links to website to prepare audience for discussion, registration process will provide audience an opportunity to ask questions that they may want to ask during event and give them the option to specify if they would like to be called on to bring their questions on line and serve as a guest panelist to have a conversation with speaker on topics or issues that you asked during registration. Panelist will be notified prior to event that their questions have been selected and they will have the option of being a panelist on the podcast if they wish to participate. Speakers speech will be anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes with up to two hours blocked out for discussion, but event can end well before that time if discussion naturally comes to a close before time limit is reached

Servant Leadership Weekly Speech Event Services are provided by ICU More Perfect Union Services on a "DONATION BASIS". Public is free to donate at whatever levels they feel is worthy of the services being provided.

If an organization would like to engage ICU More Perfect Union Services to produce a Servant Leadership Type of Speech & Discussion Event for their own program or event, we charge fees ranging from $100 - $5,000 depending on the size, type of organization and nature of the event that is being produced in the market place.

This price range is also applicable for any other type of Speech, Webinar or Classes that the client would like to have developed and produced for their organization. If the event is over multiple days as could be the case for courses/classes - multiple weeks or months, of course the price range could expand, depending on the type and nature of classes.

Price ranges are 100% negotiable, given our GOAL of exceeding our clients highest expectations on both service and price, is our Highest Priority!!!

This debate process is designed for debates which are catastrophically polarized, complex, gaslighted and are of extreme importance to the public and society, for voting and decision making purposes, and could have or have already had catastrophic consequences for the public because discussion on the topic/issue has been purposely distorted or gaslighted so that distorting party or group remains, Uneconomically, Unethically and Immorally in control, etc…

One of the reasons Donald Trump has been so successful is that for the past six years, he has not debated anyone. He refuses to debate and show up for debates during his second term campaign in 2024, except when he debated Joe Biden which was a catastrophe for Joe Biden but Kamala Harris Whooped his butt, and he refused to debate her again. Normally for a presidential campaign you have to debate at least three times. He only debate Kamala once, because he knew he would get beat miserably. The roles and instructions for being a debater, audience member, facilitator, etc are easy, documented and provided to public two to three weeks before the event. All the questions that will be asked in the debate will be made public and available to debaters, audience, facilitator, etc two to three weeks before the event. Study & preparation package will also be included with registration, including all the questions that will be asked in the debate and the sequence in which questions will be asked to each debater. Knowing what the issues are and what the questions are and what the research for the questions are, is important, but not the most important issue. The most important issue is what type of person and character are the debaters and what type of person and character do the audience and the debate facilitator have. How do they show care, concern, judgement, empathy, leadership, creativity, truth for the purpose of best serving the interest of all the people who they must serve, those that love them and agree with what they believe and want to do and those who dislike or even hate them and do not like what they believe and what they want to do. ICU More Perfect Union Services Charges a flat fee for producing ICU More Perfect Debate event range from $100 - $20,000 , depending on the size, type of organization and nature of the event that is being produced in the market place. Because ICU More Perfect Union Debates are Ticketed Events, debate production service fees, may be partially or totally paid for by ticket sales and even provide opportunity for profit sharing with sponsoring client if event size and demand provides that opportunity. Example: an event with audience size of 10,000, with ticket sales price of $10 per person, and sponsorships and advertising sales totaling $20K, would provide gross revenues for this one event of $120K. Flat fee for this event might be $10K, easily paid for by ticket sales, sponsors and advertisement, providing ample opportunity for client to share in some percentage of revenues after flat fee is paid. This percentage would be agreed upon during the production planning and negotiations of the event, creating a healthy win - win for all parties involved. These debates are 100% online or hybrid of online and actual locational based events. An audience size of 1M, 5M or 20M is easily conceivable, resulting in revenues of $10M, $50M or $200M respectively, and that does not even include sponsorships, advertising or media company broadcasting rights revenues.........for just one event!!!!

Not all but most large and ICU More Perfect Union Debates that are in high demand by the public will be marketed and promoted like world championship boxing matches, with promotional and media activities leading up to the event, during the event and after the event. This is the preferred framework for all ICU More Perfect Union Debates because it most appropriately sets the tone for creating the atmosphere and the reality of God's Arena before, during and after the debate event. However the degree to which marketing and promotions are included before, during and after the debate is 100% controlled by the preferences of the client procuring the ICU More Perfect Union Debate Service. However, what will not be compromised is the actual debate process itself, the engagement process required to create God's Arena during the debate process. Client may need to seek an alternative event producer, if their event specifications require compromise of ICU More Perfect Union Debate Process Principles.
