Once in a century explosive and sustainable electricity demand growth powered by massive AI demand centers, is putting catastrophic upward pressure on US electric utility prices for consumers over the next 5 - 10 years, with electricity prices increasing by as much as $400 - $500 per month, sustainably,over this same period. For the wealthiest 10% in America, this is like an increase of a penny or one tenth or one hundreth of the value of a penny. But for most Americans, the bottom 90%, an electricity bill that increases by $500 and remains at those levels and highter on a going forward basis is not sustainable. What if there is a way to meet the explosive deamd for AI data centers over the next 10 year, without signficantly increasing the cost to consumers for building out those AI data centers which are an excessive and sustainable dreain on electric utility resources, strategy and planning processes. What would you call it or what would you say, if business and political leaders chose to use the status quo, non-innovative, quick and easy way to plan and procuring resources for meeting once in a century massive electric demand growth at a cost approaching $2T over the next 10 years, when there existed a process that would have required much more up front research, planning, coordination, strategic and tactical analysis among all electric suppliers in the NERC Transmission region, with the abiliy to reduce cost by 75%, harnessing DEI to increase the wealth and richness of the diversity of electric utility suppliers in the region, massively lowering cost, improving resiliency and reliability of service to customers, because now the tens of millions of customers who use to be 100% consumers and now both consumers and supplier of electricity to the region, with no need for draining existing water supplies, no need for additional space and permitting issues, etc... What would you call the decision to proceed with the old, sleepy, unwoke, if it aint broke don't fix it approach to planning that bankrupts the bottom 90% of Americans while enriching the wealthiest of the wealthy, when there was a real and realizable planning option on the table, that creates superior and more reliable electric power, at a cost to society that is very very affordable to everyone and not just the wealthiest 10%. We call that catastrophic, deliberate, selfish and unaccountable Waste, Fraud and Abuse that would need to be civily or criminally accounted for, if it is actually allowed to happen.

Signpost which indicate that the public is being exploited by the government, big business, lobbyist, etc...is when they want to rush policy and decisions through with little or no analysis, no diversity of thought. When their are pleads to please just patriotically close your eyes, do what has always been done, blindly trust the fox that is in the hen house with no protection for the hens. Doesn't it seem peculiar, that the most powerful technology created in the history of mankind, we have a presidient and federal government who have no plans for how we should safely develop that technology, so that humans are prioritized first and that we as humans should collectively decide both in America and around the world, how we go about doing that, patiently, morally and economoically together. Not just haphazardly, on the whims or from the perspectives of the wealthiest and most powerful, only.
But why is there this desire to rush, lie, create pretexts, distract and keep people from thinking, being confuste, and in chaos. This is being done so that the president and the republican party can never be held accountable for their actions. If thy lay out a plan for what they want to accomplish and how they want to do it, then they will be held accountable for that. But if all of their actions seem to be on the spur of the moment, always changing, not based on any strategy or plan, then they can always change their story, lie, cheat, waste, fraud and abuse, because they will always keep changing the reason and basis for their actions, until the public gives up, and the president and republican party simply become unaccountable to anyone and are free to create pretexts dynamically to fit any story that fits their motives and actions of corrumptions, dynamically moment by moment, day by day, because they have warn the public down, and the president and the republican party can say anything they want to say to support whatever it s that they are wanting to accomplish because we have allowed them to rule the narrative and basis for their actions by not holding them accountable for their actions and rationals

The Iranian people are 110% justified in calling America the Great Satan. The US government via the CIA, subverted and overthrew a non-religious democratically electred Iranian government so that America and Britain could regain full access to the Iranian oil industry and the profits that it generates, at the expense of the Iranian people. in 1953. 26 years later, the Iranian people used their leverage to regain their independence, but this time founded their new independent government on Islamic theological principles and Iranian culture, that could not be easily subverted by Western propaganda and gaslighting which was easily used to subvert the Iranian government back in 1953. From 1979 until today, America has, lied, cheated and broke promises with Iran, framing Iran as the Villans for taking their independence back and forming a Theocratic independent government that cannot be easily subverted and controlled for exploitation by the US and Western super power countries. As we have discussed in previous Leadership Speech Events, the US economy was intentionally transformed into Ponzi Scheme Financial System in the 1980s, as a bandaid to fix the US economy that was structurally broken during the Great Inflation of the 1970s. African Americans in America are probably the best use case example for how and why DEI is so important in America, given America's standing in the world and its commitment to Democracy, Freedom and Justice for all. DEI is about justice and fairness and leveling the playing field for groups of Americans who have been catastrophically disadvantaged and/or violated by America and its government, significantly and demonstratably impeeding these groups, as an entire people, from access and the ability to achieve reasonable, population proportional success in education, employment, business, living accomodations, culture, etc...that are important components of living a fullfilled and success life in America. With respect to African Americans, in less than 300 years, America grew from nothing to the most wealthy and powerful country on the planet, in the shortest time ever recorded in history on the backs of only, only, only, only, only African immigrants to this country, inflicting the most brutal, immoral and heinous form of chattel slavery in the history of the world, for 244 years, with white America enjoying $40 Trillion in free labor over that period in today's dollars. Of course the real cost far exceeds the labor cost, when you consider the absolute inhuman and evil ways African Americans were mentally and physicall abused, to control and keep them docile and subservant for 244 years of pure hell on earth. This perfectly explains why America was able to grow from nothing to the most wealthy and powerful nation on the planet in less than 300 years , because slaves were inhumanely treated as property to be used at the absolute total 100% disgression of owner, with absolutely no regulations for health & safety, or moral or ethical concerns. The only contraints on owner, were keeping slaves healthy enough and fearful enough to maximize output from sun up to sun down, 7 days a week. After Slavery, African immigrants to this country only, only, only, only suffered another 100 years of segregation, discrimination, deamonization and lynching for entertainment, etc... African Americans as a people, not as individuals, but as a people, both deserve and earned the right of reparations and accomodations from America for the $40T in free labor forcefully stolen from them and another $40T for the Heinous and Inhumane pain and suffering inflicted only only only only only only only on African Immigrants to this country. These reparations and accomodations are due.not because of the color of African Immigrans skin color, but because of the actual catastrophic, immoral and unethical economic, psychologial, sociological and physical harm and violations inflicted on only, only, only, only to African immigrants to this country, which to this day, very very significantly and transparently disadvantages African Americans in economic, wealth, education, career, business and social success in America relative to the success seen by whites in these area, when comparing on a proportion of populatiion basis.. The economic and social catastrophic violations to only, only, only African immigrants to this country during the first 350 years of America's existence, perfectly explains why African Americans to this very day who are 14% of the US population but on a US median basis, have 1/7th the wealth level of whites, are unemployed at twice the level of whites, are incarcerated at twice the level of whites, have half the academic success as whites, represent 0.1% of CEO's in fortune 500 companies, are twice as likely to die younger than whites, etc.... Thess grossly negative health, wealth, life & safety performance measure relative to whites are not just random statitical differences, with no explanations attributable to how whites and blacks interacted with one another since 1619 in this country. Actually the interations between blacks and whites in this country since 1619, 100% explain why these crystal clear and 100% significant statistics, are explained by the interactions between blacks and whites in this country between 1619 and today. Again the differences in performance outcomes today by blacks and whites as a people, are not because of the color of the skin, the differences are because of the immoral, heinus, inhuman forced slavery, discrimination and segregation of only, only, only, only, only African immigrants to this country suffered during the first 350 years of the 407 years, that we have been on this continent together.

Donald Trump and his administration are bastardizing what DEI means and using it to violate the rights of protected classes of citizens in the United States of America, who are being protected for very real and important violations and injustices, inflicted upon them, historically and which to this day, continue to demonstratabely economically and socially, severely disadvantages these protected groups economically and socially in America. The Trump administration has and is bastardizing DEI by reducing it to an issue of preventing people from being treated differently purely on the basis of race, gender, religion, etc...which sounds fair on face value, but it assumes that we are starting off fresh with a clean slate, forget about all the "CUMULATIVE & HISTORIC" catastrophic violations economically, physically and mentally to specified groups of people and how those cumulative and henius violations have and continue to severely disadvantage these groups ability to fairly compete in society today. Notice how it is OK for the Trump administration to go back and use laws that support their international trade policy that goes back to the mid 1800s. The Trump administrations vehicles and motives for correcting past economic wrongs is not to say, oh, let's just forget about the past, that was so long ago, or we don't believe in quotas or punishing current populations for the actions committed by previous generations. To the contrary, one of president Trumps strongest economic arguments is that Asian and South American countries have been ripping America off over the past 50 - 60 year, so we are fully entitled to demand quotas and demand import Tariffs as economic relief and compensation for past economic violations that countries have inflicted on America, but when it comes to the same or worst types of injustices that have been clearly inflicted upon only, only, only, only African Immigrants to this country, for some reason, there is no need to provide economic relief, and pain and suffering compensation for African Americans who have suffered more direct and unadulteraed evil and inhumane treatment by the US government and white Americans, than any other immigrant group to America, from 1619 to this very day.
