DEBATE GOAL

Given the true history of the economic and social relationship between Iran and America, what are the Best Win - Win recommendations for restoring a moral, strong and healthy economic and social relationship between America and the People of Iran

DIVERSITY

Empathetic identification and prioritization of the most relevant wide range of Pain Points  and Solution Options that will be used to create the best Win - Win outcomes for the most important stakeholders to the debate process

Pain Points

  1. Iranian Monarchy exploitation of Iranian people

  2. US/United Kingdom exploitatiion of the Iranian People

  3. US Immoral Deamonization of Iranian People's fight for economic and social independence

  4. Iranian people violent and radicalized response to exploitation by US/Iranian Monarch

  5. Economic,  Psychological and Social Damage Inflicted on Iranian People from more than a Century of Immoral and sustained exploitation of the Iranian People, Economically and Socially

  6. US deliberate termination of a globally agreed upon Nuclear Weapons deal with Iran and the global community, that was working perfectly as planned, but Donald Trump wanting to show his power and disdain for anything that President Obama had , terminated the deal, deamonizing Iran in the process, again expoiting Iran, terminating a perfectly working agreement, then the US doing everything in its power to bankrupt and deamonize Iran again, as a global Piriah to peace and stability on the planet.  If the roles were reverse, America would definitely and without any hesitation and would be 100% justified in calling Iran the Great Satan......the Father of all Lies who reaps maximum exploitation and pain on all those who attempt to fight back against being exploited and destroyed 

  7. Iranian People Sociological Trauma from being Economically and Socially Exploited by the US and then being Demonized for attempting to free themselves from this exploitation: The Sociological Battered Wife Syndome

Solution Options

  1. America and Iranian People restore full diplomatic relations and graciously work together in love, developing the best Win - Win economic and social policies/outcomes for correcting past injusticies and for most ethically and economically working together both now and in the future

  2. Immediately reomove economic sanctions on the Iranian economy

  3. Proactively Initiate and maintain economic and social activities between nations that sooth and heal our past conflicts and open doors current and future economic and social engagement

  4. Create and maintain an Institute for American and Iranian Relations with head quaters in both the US and Iran, with satelite offices in stragegic locations of both countries, working with Academia, Social Organizations and Businesses, promoting the lessons learned from US/Iran relations as strategies, policies and actions for making both countries much better and preventing exploitation and deamonization from ever raising their ugly heads in domestic or international relations

  5. Harness ICU More Perfect Union Debate Process to most productively, fairly and morally lead and guide steps 1 - 4 above

Detailed process by which diverse Pain Points and Solution Options are put on a level playing field to ensure that the absolute Best Win - Win outcomes are won Graciously, Empathetically and Justly for the most important stakeholders to the debate process

  • Empathetically “CONVINCE” Debate Opponent through “THEIR EYES AND BELIEFS” that Pain Points are  or are not a ROADBLOCK to Debate Goal Achievement
