  3. Regulators failures to make industry transition the best win - win for all stakeholders, while their is still an opportunity to do so

  4. Criminal and unethical behavior of traditiional Ride Share Drivers

  5. Cost, reliability and availability of traditional ride share serices

  7. Safety of Transportation services in sustained extreme weather environments..... weeks of below zero temperatures, high winds, electricity outages, floods, hurricanes, tornados, extreme heat, etc....

Solution Options

  2. Proactively think about, create and maintain support or direct services that make  Driverless Ride Share Services far superior than what we could have ever imagined, similar to how the cellular phone is so much more than just a phone service now, and making these direct and support services available for employment to dislocated drivers of traditional Ride Share Services, as a first choice or highest priority in terms of providing them training and prepartion to compete for those jobs.

  3. Synchonized Federal, State and Local regulation that allow this driverless ride sharing technology to be most productively and synergistically implemented, but with enough flexibility to allow for the diversity of differences across the country at the state and local levels so that Driverless Ride Sharing Service is optimally useful, no matter where or how it is brought to the market, benefiting all stakeholders to the greatest extent possible

  4. Use fraction of the excessively massive savings and profits that will come from 100% transformation of Ride Sharing Service to Driverless to support incomes employees and contractors who previously worked in industry and are dislocated, transition to new careers or new roles within the  Driverless Ride Share Services industry
