DEI is not the means by which minorities are given an unfair advantage in the market place over more qualified white people in the US economy , at the expense of white people, making US economic system inferior.

DEI is the means by which America's diversity is maximally identified, developed and integrated into the US economy and society so that America becomes and remains the Best Version of Itself Possible both as individual citizens and as a more perfect union of maximally synergized Americans as a nation, representing the best version of America possible, both now and in the longer term future.

As a quick glimpse of where I am going with this, think of NFL and NBA in 1950 versus the NFL and the NBA today. The value proposition and processes for building and sustaining successful franchises and leagues back in 1950, and how things have had to change to make these two leagues the most highly desired, demanded, respected, envied, beloved, most watched, wealthiest and most successful franchises on the planet earth and in the history of the world, today, they were nowhere near that level of popularity and success back in 1950. What happened, what caused this, what is causing this to be sustained??

According to the Constitution of the United States of America, the goal of America is "to create and maintain A More Perfect Union for All American, as America's Highest Priority". DEI is the process which ensures that we achieve this goal most efficiently and most effectively.

DEI, which means Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, is the Intentional and proactive process of ensuring that the diversity of our population is optimally identified, developed and integrated into the US economy and society so that America is able to successfully create and maintain A More Perfect Union for All Americans as its highest priority.

As an example, in 1964, the Civil rights act was passed and the wealth gap ratio between whites and Blacks as a nation was 7 to 1, sixty years later, that wealth gap has closed only very marginally, to 6.45 to 1. African Americans are 14% of the US populations but only 0.12% of CEO's heading fortune 500 companies are African American. The Unemployment Rate and the Incarceration rate of African Americans in America has remained approximately double that of whites since the 1960s. No other racial group "AS A PEOPLE" in America have such negatively unequal gaps, that are not due to innate racial inferiority of African Americans but are directly and unquestionably caused, caused, caused, caused, caused, caused by 350 years of uncompensated for, government mandated slavery, segregation and discrimination. DEI is needed to fix this. Not because of the color of African Americans skin, but because of the criminal and economic violations forcefully inflicted on only, only, only, only, only, only African American immigrants to this country for 350 years. This was not an accident or something that just kind of happened by chance to only, only, only, only, only, only African American immigrants to this country . America's Miraculous wealth & power growth spurt, never before ever achieved in the history of the world, so quickly and at such massively large levels, was directly, causally, directly, causally, directly, causally achieved by and on the backs of $40 Trillion of African American Free Slave Labor. This is a fact and truth of history, economics and science. America could not have possibly even come close to becoming the most powerful and wealthiest nation on the planet in less than 300 years without the brutally inhumane and immoral Slavery, inflicted and enforced upon, only, only, only, only, only, only African Immigrants to America.

Let's take a peek at the tenor and tone of legislation that has come out over the past 5 years or so, suggesting that we should not talk about the negative part of our history, where white people deliberately, purposely, intentionally, brutally, immorally and savagely exploited only, only, only, only, only African American immigrants to this nation to create the incredibly massive wealth, power and control on the backs of African American immigrants only, with free labor valued at $30 Trillion to $40 Trillion alone, we have not even started to talk about the compensation for pain and suffering, possibly another $40 Trillion.

Now that I think about it I can see why Donald's Trump and the republican party are so obsessed with destroying black excellence and destroying and white washing black history. Because they do not want to be liable for a history that shows in no uncertain terms that African Americans have not been compensated for the $40T to $80T of free slave labor, pain, suffering and slaughter of only, only, only African Immigrants to this country, who are directly and causally responsible for America's massive and sustained wealth and power growth, never before seen in the history of the world in such an infinitesimal time period in the history of mankind. This sustain wealth and power growth in America would have been impossible to achieve in 200 - 300 years as was achieved in America, without the worst and most brutal form of slavery in the history of the world, for 250 years. President Trump believes in reparations for everything as long as it relates to himself and white people, going back as far as he needs to in American law to make a case to justify grievance cases. President Trump is currently using laws that date back to the 1950s and 1960s, on international trade, which say that if our trading partners unfairly use cheap or slave labor to beat America in international trade, then America needs to be compensated for that, because that is like stealing and we should get reparations for that by charging import tariffs to those countries who cheated using slave labor to win. First, this again shows how corrupt president Trump and the republican party are because import Tariffs are not paid by our trading partners, they are paid by US consumers, so this approach is again another example of waste, fraud and abuse inflicted on the American public by this president. But secondly and more importantly, is the meaning and context of these laws. America creates laws to ensure that trade with other countries is fair, by ensuring that those countries are not benefiting from the huge economic advantage of using slave labor, and if discovered, America want to be compensated, because the country used the huge unfair advantage, slave labor, to keep their prices unfairly low. So if America can ask for reparations from other countries because those countries used slave labor to cheat and win. It makes perfect economic and moral sense that African Americans should expect fair compensation for the $40T to $80T in free slave labor, pain and catastrophic suffering that they experienced in directly and causally creating the wealthiest and most powerful economy on the planet in the shortest span of time in the history of the world.

Forgive me, I digressed, back to our primary discussion

Now the primary reason suggested for not talking about the 350 years of un-Godly, un-Christian, Cruel and Evil inflicted on only, only, only, only on African immigrants to this country, the economic and social consequences of which African Americans are still very very significantly suffering from today, is because it could make white children feel uncomfortable about themselves given that their ancestors of only two to three previous generations in history, were leading and comfortably supporting and protecting the evil inflicted on only, only, only African immigrants to America for 350 years.

Riddle me this? How do you think African American children in the American school system feel and how do they explain, when the teacher in history and social studies class shows that today, in every major city in America, there are always large segments of the population that are poor, crime and drug infested, highly violent, gangs, stealing and killing and most of the times these neighborhoods are predominately or all African American communities?

Why is it that everything that is bad in America that makes a difference, African Americans, as a people, on a percentage of population basis, are more than double of it than whites, like Unemployment, Incarceration rates, wealth gap nearly the same as it was when civil rights bill was passed in 1964, etc…

When a little white child asks a little black child, why are you and your people always leading and always so associated with everything that is bad in life. What is wrong with you and your people? The science has shown us with 100% accuracy, that African Americans are not inferior to whites intellectually, physically or emotionally. But without the proper and real impact of what happened and is continuing to happen to African Americans, "ONLY", in this country, the little white kid can only assume, something is wrong with African American people, no other race of people in America are consistently at the bottom of all things that are good and right about life, and at the top of all indicators that are bad, unsafe and unhealthy in life. The little white kid will say to the black kid, I know that science says that there is no difference between whites and blacks, but the evidence suggest that black people are just naturally inferior and bad, just look at the evidence all over America. I am not trying to be prejudice, mean or hurt your feeling, I am just believing what my truthful eyes are showing me and you cannot give me any explanation why your people are at the top of every thing that is bad in life, and I can prove it by just looking at life and looking at statistics. Black people must just be naturally bad, lazy, inferior, don’t get mad at me and call me racists, I am just looking at the reality that life is showing me, or,

"SOMETHING HAS HAPPENED TO YOU AND YOUR PEOPLE AS A WHOLE, THAT NO ONE IS SHOWING US AND NO ONE IS TELLING US ABOUT?????"

THEN THE LITTLE BLACK KID STANDS UP AND SAYS

Yep, The Later, that is what you are missing.

So another very important question needs to be asked for the sake of our children.

How do African American Children feel when the proper history and context is not explicitly shown and elaborated on in the American elementary and secondary education process to understand and explain the reality of this country and why the African American condition in America are the way they are and more importantly what must be done and continue to be done so that America can continue to be the best that it can be by harnessing the goldmine that is being underutilized because America is and has done a poor job of doing DEI and needs to kick it into high gear so that we can all have much more "heaven on earth, as it is in heaven", if we just do what the constitution and the bible says do, Create and maintain a more perfect union for ALL AMERICANS as America's highest priority and, "WE ARE OUR BROTHERS KEEPER". America will rise and maintain its prominent place as a leader of light, truth, justice and the creator and maintainer of a More Perfect Union for All Americans and for all the Citizens of the World, Creating and Marinating, Heaven on Earth, as it is in Heaven, for all the people of the World.

Now we know from nature, science, business, economics, finance, markets, competition, etc., that the best and most successful ecosystems historically and to this very day are those systems that intentionally and proactively identify, develop and integrate diversity as a strategic and tactical resource and asset necessary to achieve a sustainable comparative advantage in a highly volatile and competitive marketplaces and environments. People, Companies and Institutions pay thousands, millions and even billions of dollars to ensure that their portfolio of assets and resources are optimally diversified to minimize risk and capitalize on opportunities associated with their wealth, business or operations. Proper diversification of assets and resources, in a dynamic and constantly changing marketplace and environment is the highest priority for most economic and social activities in life.

Every human being has a unique finger print, voice, face, personality, etc… These absolutely unique individual characteristics available to each person on this planet, were not created randomly but are a direct result of the life process itself, attempting to improve itself over time through the evolution process taking place in our DNA and Genes to equip us with abilities to adapt and improve life for ourself , others, and future generation of people on this planet, over time.

Our different or unique characteristics, talents, personalities, if properly developed and harnessed are the solutions that life is looking for and expecting from each of us to make life more fulfilling and prosperous for everyone. This is exactly why DEI, diversity equity and inclusion is the life blood of the life process.

If families, communities, cities, states and nations do not have an intentional, proactive and well-funded process for harnessing our diversity, we are living significantly and catastrophically beneath our privilege.

Every Ecosystem in life works best when it is optimally harnessing, developing, putting on a level playing field, integrating and synergizing its diversity: Examples -

1. Insurance Market - Customer Diversity

2. Stock Market Asset Portfolio - Asset Diversity

3. Banking Fractionation System - Customer Diversity

4. AI Training Model Dataset - Data Set Content Diversity

5. Neighborhood Grocery Store - Product Diversity

6. NFL - Player, Staff, Rule & Operation Diversity

Etc….

Again, DEI does not just happen automatically by chance, luck or Osmosis……..It is an intentional and proactive effort and investment that has been proven to produce superior or the best results compared to organizations or ecosystems who have not incorporated the rich diverse resources that have evolved in the market and environment for the purpose of making life better, higher quality, more enjoyable and more affordable for all.

Let's look at a very significant and explicit analogy. Let's compare The 1950 NFL to the 2025 NFL. The complete and thorough DEI of the NFL over the last 75 years has made it the most watched, the most entertaining, the most profitable sports franchise in the history of the world. Compare the diversity of the NFL players, coaching staff and NFL business ecosystem today to what it looked like in 1950. The tremendous growth in entertainment value, business size, customer demand domestically and globally is directly proportional to the level of intentional and proactive processes required to maximally capture the value of harnessing the great diversity of the American population into the NFL Ecosystem.

The NFL learned a long time ago, that the NFL is the most successful, the most profitable, the most entertaining, the most competitive, creating the strongest customer demand growth and customer satisfaction is when the competition level is strong & growing and the parity level between teams throughout the entire league is as close as possible. Under these conditions on any given Sunday and in any given year, each team in the league has a very good chance of winning the game on Sunday or winning the World Title that year and all or most of the games are won or lost in the last one to two minutes of the game……not because the games are rigged to happen that way but because the quality of play and high levels of competition between the teams is competitive and not contrived. Each team has its own characteristics and strengths. A player that might be a huge asset on one team, and a huge liability on another team. This speaks to the value of the diversity proposition. Depending on how a team creatively utilizes the diversity of its players, staff, game plans, culture, etc……. Is what gives teams a comparative advantage on the field of competition.

Let's look at some very strategic, intentional and proactive DEI policies incorporated into the NFL Ecosystem to increase the diversity of NFL players and the NFL ecosystem as a whole and to ensure a fair, competitive and completely transparent process for ensuring that teams parity is maximized across the entire league

1. Intentional and proactive recruitment of diverse football players and personnel from grade school through college

2. College Football Scholarships intentionally and proactively recruiting diverse football players

3. NFL College Draft - Worst NFL teams get best college players

4. NFL Team Revenue Sharing - big profitable teams share revenue with smaller less resourced teams

5. Teams ability to proactively trade players and personnel between one another

6. NFL Players Union

7. Rules and Policies that protect the Health, Safety and Financial security of players

In many ways what the NFL and the NBA have achieved is what America as a nations is still struggling to achieve today and unfortunately under the current presidential administrations is increasingly attempting to turn America back and away from what the US constitution says is its highest priority

"Americans in love with creating and maintaining A More Perfect Union for ALL AMERICANS, as America's Highest Priority" This is very similar to the NFL and the NBA desire to create and maintain as much parity between teams as possible, because this process creates the best Win-Win outcomes for everyone in the NFL or NBA Ecosystem, when parity between all teams is very close. NFL Team Parity for All Teams is analogous to A More Perfect Union for ALL Americans in America as America's Highest Priority

Again, Just as the NFL Ecosystem is at its best when parity among all NFL teams is as close as possible, the same principle applies to the Health, Wealth, Safety and Happiness of America and the American people, to the extent that we can create and maintain a More Perfect Union for All Americans, not just some Americans, not just the wealthiest Americans, not just the poorest Americans, but All Americans. America is optimized and is as closely mimicking Heaven on Earth as is humanly possible, when America is creating and maintaining a more perfect union for All Americans as its highest priority.

Unfortunately, Increasingly what we have seen and experienced over the last 50 years and what is likely to continue happening very dramatically over the next 3 - 8 years, is that the Win - Win for Americans, is almost all being concentrated in and for the wealthiest 20% of Americans in the US economy and American society. Americans are being Conned into Making America like Russia for the benefit of the Wealthiest 20% of Americans, at the catastrophic expense of everyone else, right before our WIDE OPENED BUT BLINDED EYES, BECAUSE OF OUR OWN VANITY AND LACK OF HUMANITY AND MORALITY FOR OURSELVES AND OUR FELLOW AMERICANS, keeping us sleep and un-woke so that the wealthy and well connected can continue to economically rape and rob the bottom 80%, laughing their way all the way to the bank, with the absolute least amount of resistance or push back.

In America today, the wealthiest top 20% of Americans own 80% - 85% of all wealth in America. The wealthiest 20% also are responsible for 70% - 75% of all consumer consumption in America. The wealthiest 20% of Americans buying power has increased by 160% over the past 40 years, while the buying power of working class Americans plummeted by 80% over the past 40 years. And why is this? Increasingly because the wealthiest 20% of Americans have supported and conned many Americans into voting against their own interest, to support very conservative government policies and business practices that do not intentionally and proactively harness, develop and integrate the diversity of the American population into the economy at levels anywhere close to achieving America's most important goal - "the creation and maintenance of a More Perfect Union for All Americans as America's Highest Priority"

Many of the extreme challenges that America is plagued with today is directly tied specifically to America's failure to do significantly more DEI in the US economy and American Society "IN ORDER TO PROTECT" the privileges and advantages of the wealthy and well connected few at the expense of everyone else in the economy and society. The following sustained indicators of this, continue to get worse with the passage of time in America:

The Uneconomic high cost of living and uneconomic high cost of doing business in America, for the bottom 80%

The Highest, uneconomical, trade & federal budget deficits and Uneconomical Private and Public sector debt levels on the planet

Near the Highest levels of Wealth & Income inequality for large developed nations on the planet

America has given the wealthiest 20% of Americans the license to sentence our children and grandchildren to Hell on earth, by ignoring the massive investments needed now and over the next ten years to protect America and the World from the worst effects of Climate Change, evolving over the next 5 - 10 years

America has the Highest levels of death by guns and incarceration levels and rates on the planet

Education inequality of opportunity in America is at or near record levels.

The Economic Gospel for the USA is here to save America and the world from ourselves for ourselves by "Celebrating The Good News" which is WINNING Americans Love for being American to ALL other Americans and, simultaneously, WINNING Americans love for being American to the rest of the world"
