• Football teams are maximally diversified based on the strenghts, weaknesses, threats and opportunites that they confront in competition over the course of the season and many years in operation.  Diversity in terms of types of players, coaches, staff, owners, fans, teams they compete against, regulatory environment, injuries, future draft picks, future trade opportunities, etc.  A whole different set of diversity parameters would be needed for a different football team with different sets of drivers in the market where they operate.  A person with different gifts, skills, talents, experiences, personalities, might be a liability with one team, but a super star on another team.

• Insurance Markets thrive on the explicit nature and diversity of the clients that it serves.  If everyone in the market place had the exact same or very close risk profile, insurance as a viable financial instrument would fail miserably without diversity.

• Successful and sustainable asset investment strategies, both in terms of pure financial analysis or in terms of business strategy, a properly and fully diversified financial or business strategy is absolutely and 100% necessary for financial or business near and long term success

• Life itself and the evolution process itself, in our genes and DNA harnesses diversity through mutations in our genetic material that creates the diversity and balance in life and nature that makes the earth itself so lush and rich full of diversity which perfectly serves all of its compent parts and elements of our complex but amazingly wonderful biodiverse ecosystem on this planet, whose  magnificense is a direct function of its infinite diversity.

• US money supply fractionation system would fall flat on its face, without the super tremendous diversity of people and the way they behave and have need for withdrawing their funds from the financial system.   Imagein if everyone was the same and needed to pull money out of the financial system at the same time , all the time.....the financial system would crash and never, never, never, ever recover!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DEI is meritocracy on steroids because it makes time to use due process to learn and understand each other and understand how to best align our diversity in a way that creates the maximum and best "SYNERGY" possible when organizing and competitively including diversity on a level playing field, in the ecosystem so that maximum productivity is achieved with a style and richness that exceeds mankind's highest expectations.  Authoritarianism, absolutely misses this step, because they do not want to make time to understand the richness and synergies that can be achieved by identifying, valuing, and developing our diversity or differences and understanding how those differences which were created by God and nature, put here as golden nuggets and solutions when properly and synergistically put on a level playing field and included in the competitive process, creates miraculous synergies and resulting  productivities and value added for all, that exceeds our wildest imaginations.

Do we really believe in mental illness.  Do we really believe that the brain can be damaged and broken either from birth or the result of some physical and/or emotional trauma experience by an indivdual causing the brain to not be able to function normally, similar to how our legs, arms and hands may not be able to operate if broken or serverely damaged from birth or due to some traumatic event?  We can answer this question for ourselves by the way we treat and demand accountability from mentally ill people for their actions.  There are different types and different levels of mental illness, so the degree to which we hold mentally ill people responsbile for their actions should very depending on the type and degree of mental illness a person is experiencing.   There in lies the challenge, especially for adult children who are mentally ill and still live with parents.  As an adult they have specific rights and protections in America, that protect them from having to share information about their medical/mental health, making it difficult if not impossible for parents to better know how to best support their adult children's mental health condition.  Under these conditions, where mentally ill adult child will not share medical information with parents, but parent remain responsible for housing, feeding and general living conditions for their mentally ill adult child, who is continually acting out in disruptive and totally disrespectful ways, making living conditions in the home feel like hell on earth........what is tough love?   Is tough love setting some boundaries and making it clear, that if those boundaries are violated, you will be put out on the street and you will be on your own.  Or do we really try to put our selves in their shoes, thinking what it is like to hear what they hear, see what they see and relax our boundaries and come up with creative approaches that accomodate their behavior given what we know they are dealing with in their minds.....or a mixture of both?  In reality, perception is reality.  Imagine what you would feel like if you are being held accountable for or being punished for keeping all the lights and fans on during the day and all night because your mental illness shows you people, animals or monsters that are comming out of closets, the toilet, from under beds, and you need the lights and fans on to prevent them from coming out and attacking you. You do not want to share this with parent because you think they will think you are crazy and will commit you  permenantly, but you are deathly afraid to be in the dark, because that is when they come out everytime.  What is tough love and who should be receiving the tough love under these circumstances?  The adult mentally ill child, the parent, both, it depends, no answer?   Woke is saying that we need to invest time and effort to best answer this question for ourselves and our adult mentally ill Child.  UnWoke is we don't have time for that mess, either adult mentally ill child does what parents request or  tell them to leave or we will have police put you out, end of story!!!!
